After obtaining the desired form of pasta, they product is placed in a special room for drying. This time necesssary for this process varies between 8-10 hours.
The drying process is slow, and ensures fresh high quality pasta. The Pasta is packaged according to the customer's demands in 0.4kg; 0.5 kg; 1 kg, or 3 kg.
