    To obtain good quality pasta, it's important to prepare natural ingredients: flour, eggs and some water, should be combined in optimal humidity and temperature conditions.

  • Step 2

    The ingredients listed are mixed using a special recepe until a desirable dough is created which is used directly in the production of pasta of various assortments.

  • Step 3

    The next step is shaping. of pasta which is carried out under consistent technological conditions to ensure, elasticity, shape and color of the final product.

  • Step 4

    After obtaining the desired form of pasta, they product is placed in a special room for drying. This time necesssary for this process varies between 8-10 hours.

  • Step 5

    The drying process is slow, and ensures fresh high quality pasta. The Pasta is packaged according to the customer's demands in 0.4kg; 0.5 kg; 1 kg, or 3 kg.
